Mount Victoria Manor
Mount Victoria Manor was built in 1876 as the summer residence of John Fairfax. Currently undergoing a restoration with ‘Heritage with a twist’ as its theme the property is being restored to its former glory and being gently twisted into the 21stCentury.
The property boasts 16 bedrooms of various configuration, several sitting areas with open fires, Coopers Restaurant which is open 5 nights a week, a bar offering local beverages and tapas style food and a private dining room which is ideal for private events for up to 10 guests.
Our gardens are being redeveloped and our vegetable gardens supply our kitchen with seasonal produce which allows us to boast that paddock to plate is less than 300m.
We also offer twice weekly stretching classes and have masseuses available for booked appointments
